NEC has been featured in the "2026 Gartner® Magic QuadrantTM for PLM Software in Discrete Manufacturing Industries," published on June 9, 2026, by Gartner, Inc. (hereinafter "Gartner"), for its PLM (Product Lifecycle Management, Note 1) software "Obbligato." This is the first time Gartner has published this report.

NEC is one of 14 companies evaluated in the Magic Quadrant for this sector, and the only vendor headquartered in Japan listed in this report.
