At international sports events like Aichi-Nagoya 2026, numerous stakeholders—including event organizers, security personnel, medical teams, transportation staff for athletes and spectators, and facility managers—operate simultaneously across competition venues and related facilities. Ensuring reliable communication and maintaining a comprehensive, real-time overview of operations across widely dispersed sites is critical for rapid support and incident response. Leveraging its proven expertise and know-how from previous international sports events, NEC will support safe, secure, and efficient event management.

NEC will comprehensively provide the following equipment and services for competition venues (Note 1) and related facilities for the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Games:
- Provision of business radio transceivers
- Development of wireless operation plans tailored to each venue
- Radio coverage surveys at each venue
- Operation planning (delivery plans, incident response plans, channel/group configuration, etc.)
- User training and support for test events
- Centralized wireless operation management (cross-venue operational support)
- Management and operational support for radio equipment
- Equipment delivery and collection support to and from venues
- Incident inquiry handling, recovery support, and equipment removal
This service will ensure stable communication for essential event operations while enabling centralized monitoring of radio usage across all venues, providing cross-functional support for inquiries and incident recovery.

All essential communication functions (※) are integrated into a compact enclosure. By leveraging software-defined radio (SDR) technology and deploying on general-purpose servers, it achieves compactness, low power consumption, high throughput, and high portability.
