The High Performance Sport Center (HPSC), established by the Japan Sport Council (JSC), will open entries for the basic measurement session of the Japan Rising Star Project (J-STAR Project) (Paralympic Sports *1) starting Friday, April 10.

Participants evaluated as having aptitude at the basic measurement session will be able to participate in a verification program led by top-level coaches from central sports federations.
