[JR Ueno Station/JR Nippori Station] Pop-Up Shop 'Fukushima Sake and Fermentation Lover' Featuring Fukushima's Summer Sake and Fermented Foods

JR East Cross Station Development Company is launching the 13th installment of its regional revitalization project, 'Jino-Mono LOVER,' titled 'Fukushima Sake and Fermentation LOVER' Pop-Up Shop, in conjunction with the 2026 Fukushima Destination Campaign.

The theme for this event is 'Sake, Fermentation, and Summer Retreat Travel.' The shop highlights sake from Fukushima Prefecture—which boasts the highest number of gold awards at the National New Sake Appraisal—and its fermentation culture, including miso, soy sauce, and koji.

About 25 types of carefully selected sake from Fukushima's three regions (Aizu, Nakadori, and Hamadori) will be available. Additionally, traditional local dishes and new fermented snacks paired with sake will be sold.
