Same-day Express 'Hayat! bin' Lost Property Return Service

JR Kyushu will launch a new service on June 17, leveraging its 'Hayat! bin' Shinkansen rail parcel delivery service to return essential items lost at stations or on Shinkansen trains, such as smartphones and keys. Passengers will be able to retrieve these items on the same day at Hakata, Kumamoto, and Kagoshima-Chuo stations.

This service can be requested via 'find chat,' an online inquiry tool introduced by JR Kyushu, or by speaking directly with staff at the designated stations.

### Service Overview - Launch Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 - Eligible Items: Smartphones, key cases, medicine, souvenirs, pouches, bags, etc. - Participating Stations: JR Kyushu Hakata, Kumamoto, and Kagoshima-Chuo stations. - Fee: 2,500 yen per item.

### How to Use 1. Contact JR Kyushu via 'find chat' or a counter at a participating station. 2. Receive service proposal and complete the application. 3. Item is transported via 'Hayat! bin'. 4. Collect the item at the designated station (ID required).
