The Business Promotion Department of Shochiku Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO Toshihiro Takahashi) will release two types of acrylic keychains featuring the official Kabuki PR character "Kabukinyantaro" dressed in costumes from the Kabuki plays "Renjishi" and "Kyoganoko Musume Dojoji" on Thursday, April 9.
Additionally, a mini soft and squishy cushion and trading embroidered tin badges (6 types in total) featuring dull-colored floral art will be released at the same time.
For "Kabukinyantaro," who has been conveying the charm of Kabuki since debuting in 2017, this is the first attempt at collaborating with classical Kabuki plays.

[What is Kabukinyantaro?] A character debuted through a joint development between Shochiku Co., Ltd. and Sanrio Company, Ltd. A male calico cat living in the Kabukiza Theatre. (Male calicos are very rare and are said to bring good luck.) Debuted at the Niconico Chokaigi in April 2017, and was appointed as the official Kabuki PR character "Kabuki Nyanbassador" on November 22 of the same year.
