For over 40 years, the 'Seki Magoroku' brand has been renowned for its sharpness, offering over 1,200 products. The brand upholds the philosophy of sword-making from Seki, Gifu, where many blacksmiths resided since the Kamakura period.
With rising global interest in Japanese cuisine, the demand for authentic Japanese knives has increased. The 'Seki Magoroku Shoju' series offers professional sharpness and ease of use in five variations, covering tasks from basic kitchen prep to professional-style cooking.
