Suzugami Kamaboko Co., Ltd. (Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Tomohiro Suzuki, hereinafter "Suzugami") will jointly hold a special summer vacation event, "Kids Job Experience: Product Development," with Juchheim Co., Ltd. (Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO: Hideo Kawamoto, hereinafter "Juchheim") on August 9, 2026 (Sun) at the Suzugami Kamaboko Museum.
This event is an experiential event where participants can learn about the secrets of delicious food and the joy of manufacturing. In the first half, participants will enjoy learning about the ingenuity in ingredients and manufacturing methods through quizzes while looking at the food labels of kamaboko and Baumkuchen. In the second half, participants will challenge themselves to create original parfaits using Juchheim's Baumkuchen and TEEGECKE, Suzugami's "Umi no Sufure," and fruits.
This event was born from the shared philosophy of both companies, which value the deliciousness of ingredients and the skills of artisans in their manufacturing. We planned this event with the aim of allowing children to enjoy learning about what ingredients their food is made from and how deliciousness is created.

"Kids Job Experience: Product Development" is an experiential event where participants think about what ingredients to use and what kind of taste and texture to aim for.
In the first half's quizzes, participants will learn about the ingredients and manufacturing methods that create the moist texture of Baumkuchen and the springy elasticity of kamaboko. Through tasting and other activities, they will experience how the deliciousness of food is created.
Let's Make a "Slash Zero" Parfait
In the second half, participants will challenge themselves to create original parfaits.
They will combine Juchheim's Baumkuchen and TEEGECKE, Suzugami's "Umi no Sufure," fruits, and other ingredients, considering the balance of taste, texture, and appearance to complete their own unique creation.
Through making parfaits that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, participants can experience the joy of product development.
