Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koshiro Kawamoto; hereinafter 'the Company') announces that it has acquired land for hotel development today. The Company is engaged in hotel development with the aim of contributing to the realization of a tourism-oriented nation and regional revitalization. It operates hotel brands nationwide, including multi-person hotels such as 'fav,' 'FAV LUX,' 'edit x seven,' and 'seven x seven,' as well as the culture business hotel 'BASE LAYER HOTEL.' This time, the Company has acquired land for the development of its multi-person hotel brand as new inventory for sale. Regarding the business partner and transaction price, the Company will refrain from disclosing them due to a confidentiality agreement. We believe the impact on our consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending August 2026 will be minor, but we will promptly disclose any information if it becomes clear that it will have a significant impact on our consolidated financial results in the future.
