Tsurukawa Kagoyamaen is now offering a limited-edition sweet, the 'Kayama Terrine with Kinako and White Chocolate,' produced by the Machida-based baked goods specialist Kogasaka Bake.
Hand-crafted with select ingredients using the 'water bath' method
Using fragrant kinako, two types of deep-flavor chocolate, rich unrefined sugar, and fresh cream, our artisans bake this terrine slowly over time using a water bath technique.
Each bite releases the savory aroma of kinako, followed by the moist, rich texture characteristic of a fine terrine. We have kept the sweetness modest to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Enjoy in the tea room
The 'Kinako Terrine' can also be enjoyed at the tea room of the restaurant 'Obaitouri.' Experience a relaxing moment surrounded by nature and the beautiful scenery of the garden.
