TOKIUM, a provider of accounting AI agents, announced that Kintetsu Miyako Hotels has adopted "TOKIUM Expense" and "TOKIUM Invoice." Kintetsu Miyako Hotels operates over 20 hotels domestically and internationally, but faced challenges such as difficulty in securing accounting staff due to a shrinking labor force and inconsistent business processes across facilities. In response, the company decided to gradually centralize accounting operations for all 21 domestic facilities into a single hub. By implementing TOKIUM, the company will eliminate the circulation of paper invoices and receipts, promoting paperless and digital operations. This is expected to improve operational efficiency by approximately 40,000 hours annually and reduce paper usage by over 3,000 sheets per month. Operations began in the Osaka area in January 2026, with a full rollout to all facilities planned within the year.
