DAIWA CYCLE is a bicycle specialty store chain with 157 stores (as of the end of June 2026), primarily in Osaka Prefecture. With the expansion of its store network, the number of expense applications handled by the accounting department has continued to increase. Over 1,000 applications are generated each month, and accounting staff spend a significant amount of time on confirmation and rejection.

In the two months since its introduction, we have already reduced man-hours by over 18 hours per month, and we anticipate an annual reduction of approximately 220 hours.
