(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kei Takeuchi) has conducted one of the largest residential satisfaction surveys in Japan and compiled the 'Ieheya Net Residential Satisfaction Ranking 2026 <Shiga Edition>' and 'Ieheya Net Desired Places to Live Ranking 2026 <Shiga Edition>'.

Most Livable Station: Biwako-Hamaotsu A (2nd consecutive year) Biwako-Hamaotsu A ranked first for the second straight year, followed by Minamikusatsu and Moriyama, maintaining their positions from last year.

Most Livable Municipality: Kusatsu City (8th consecutive year) The top three municipalities remained unchanged for eight consecutive years: 1st: Kusatsu City, 2nd: Moriyama City, and 3rd: Otsu City.

Desired Station to Live: Kusatsu (3rd consecutive year) Kusatsu ranked 1st for the third straight year, followed by Kyoto in 2nd.

Desired Municipality to Live: Kusatsu City (8th consecutive year) Kusatsu City took the top spot, followed by Tokyo's 23 wards in 2nd and Otsu City in 3rd.

Survey Overview: Target: 9,240 residents of Shiga Prefecture aged 20 and over (accumulated data from 2022-2026). Conducted via internet survey.
