Kiraka Winery, a small urban winery in Kobe that produces wine from Kobe grapes, aims to provide people with opportunities to enrich their lives through the mysterious charm of wine.

The representative, Karaki, previously worked at an IT company and was involved with the world's fastest supercomputers. During his time residing in Belgium, he became deeply fascinated by the profoundness of wine, plunging into a 'wine swamp' to the extent of spending all his paid holidays on manual labor (training) at wineries. In that process, he noticed an interesting "contradiction (paradox)."

When he thought, "Today, I'm going to drink the best wine again!", he started worrying about his health checkup numbers. He would exercise desperately and pay attention to his diet. Furthermore, because accumulated stress would make even good wine taste bad, he began striving to smooth out his work and human relationships.

To enjoy alcohol (wine) to the fullest, one pursues physical and mental health and life's fulfillment (Well-being). He is convinced that this paradox is the true power of wine.
