Kisuke BOX 25th Anniversary Celebration: 'Kisuke Natsukoshi Festival 2026' to be held July 4th-5th [Matsuyama, Ehime]

Kisuke BOX, operated by Kisuke Inc. in Matsuyama, Ehime, will hold the 'Kisuke Natsukoshi Festival 2026' over two days on July 4th (Sat) and July 5th (Sun), 2026.

Marking 25 years since its opening in 2001, Kisuke BOX has served the local community through spa services, entertainment, food, and sports.

This marks the third annual 'Kisuke Natsukoshi Festival'. This year, the venue has moved to the 1st floor of the indoor parking lot to provide a comfortable space protected from the summer heat and rain. The festival has expanded its offerings to include traditional festival games, food stalls, interactive booths, a 'chinowa' (grass ring) crossing ritual at the 'Oni Sauna Shrine,' and ring events featuring Ehime Pro-Wrestling.

A Community-Participatory Festival of Gratitude

'Kisuke Natsukoshi Festival 2026' aims to express gratitude to the local community with games for all ages, including classic options like shooting galleries and duck scooping, alongside unique additions such as 'neppa' (heat wave) bowling and slot machine speed challenges.

'Nagoshi no Harae' at the Oni Sauna Shrine

Special programming inspired by 'Nagoshi no Harae'—a traditional Japanese purification ritual—will be held at the Oni Sauna Shrine located inside Kisuke BOX. A grass ring will be set up for visitors to pass through, promoting purification and wishes for health and safety.

Comfortable Indoor Setting

Moving the festival indoors to the 1st-floor parking lot allows for the largest 'Kisuke Natsukoshi Festival' to date, ensuring a stress-free experience regardless of weather.

Ehime Pro-Wrestling Event (July 4th Only)

On July 4th (Sat), Ehime Pro-Wrestling will host a ring event, featuring exciting matches and a pro-wrestling school where children can interact with wrestlers.
