[Alpha Corporation] Launches "TENKEY READER PRO", a Communal Area Reader for Apartment Buildings with One-Time Password Function

Alpha Corporation (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Tetsuyuki Tsukano, hereinafter "Alpha") will launch "TENKEY READER PRO" (hereinafter the "Product"), a communal area reader for apartment buildings equipped with a one-time password function, in July 2026.

By integrating this product with Alpha's "PREMIUM SMART LOCK" series, it is possible to centrally manage access from communal areas to individual dwelling units.

It is anticipated that the importance of security in communal areas will further increase, and the demand for the introduction of communal area readers will expand.

The "PREMIUM SMART LOCK" series has been highly praised for its comprehensive after-sales support and the convenience of "not carrying keys," leading to its adoption in many rental properties, with cumulative sales exceeding 1.4 million units.

By combining this product with the "PREMIUM SMART LOCK" series, Alpha aims to provide a more comfortable and secure smart lock environment and further promote the widespread adoption of smart locks.

- Integration of "TENKEY READER PRO" and "PREMIUM SMART LOCK" Series

The product supports unlocking via PIN code and IC card, and is equipped with a one-time password (OTP) issuance function.

This allows for the issuance of temporary PIN codes during vacant unit viewings or move-in/move-out processes, eliminating the need for in-person key handover, thereby maintaining security and improving the efficiency of key operations.

Furthermore, traditionally, there were many cases where different keys were used for communal areas and individual units, creating challenges in key handover and management. By integrating this product with the "PREMIUM SMART LOCK" series, key management can be centralized, reducing management burden.
