HELP YOU Holds Online Kickoff Event with Members from Around the World and Across Japan

NITT, Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takao Akizawa; hereinafter referred to as NITT), which operates the online outsourcing service "HELP YOU," was founded on the premise of full remote work and currently has over 600 members performing tasks online from across Japan and 35 countries worldwide.

HELP YOU entered its 11th year of service on July 1, Reiwa 8 (2026). In anticipation of this, an all-hands kickoff event for all members was held online on June 23 (Tue). Members from around the world and across Japan participated in real-time, reviewing the previous fiscal year, sharing the current fiscal year's policies, and holding an awards ceremony.

To mark the start of a new fiscal year on July 1, 2026, HELP YOU held its customary "Online Kickoff Event."

At the beginning of the event, time was allocated to celebrate the challenges undertaken in FY2025 and to acknowledge participants' efforts in facing their results, with each participant reflecting on the past year.

Next, President Akizawa provided a review of FY2025.

First, reflecting on the 10th-anniversary event of HELP YOU's founding, it was discussed how the previous fiscal year's slogan of "a posture of continuous challenge" and "providing value to customers" had been consistently realized, leading to over 1,000 cumulative clients and the expansion of BPO centers. Furthermore, new services such as the "General Affairs All-Inclusive Support Plan," "HELP YOU +Tech," and "HELP YOU Customer Support Service" were launched one after another. Additionally, in February 2026, "HELP YOU Radio," hosted by President Akizawa himself, began broadcasting, making it a fiscal year that laid the foundation for further future leaps.

President Akizawa re-shared the corporate philosophy and vision, concluding with, "Let's continue to create a society where people can choose their own future."

A common theme in the messages from the award recipients was gratitude towards their colleagues and clients. The smiles radiating from the screens enveloped all participants in a warm atmosphere.

Moreover, heartfelt messages were received from clients for this awards ceremony. This surprise element brought some members to tears. It served as a great encouragement to all members.

It was emphasized that in an era where AI utilization is becoming commonplace, the value of human beings themselves becomes a strength, and efforts will be focused on creating an environment where HELP YOU members can thrive.

The policy of leveraging the space created by AI for the generation of further added value and deeper supportive collaboration was then discussed.

To remain an indispensable presence that clients say "I want to ask HELP YOU," especially in the age of AI, all members will work together to continue supporting our clients' operations.
