Knowledge Work Launches AI Meeting Recorder Desktop App to Seamlessly Record Meetings

Knowledge Work Co., Ltd., a startup offering sales enablement solutions, has released a Windows desktop application for Knowledge Work AI Meeting Recorder, its AI-driven tool for recording and analyzing business meetings. Previously, recording methods were fragmented across online and offline channels, leading to complexity and missed recordings. The new desktop application integrates recording for both online and offline meetings. Because recordings are performed directly on the desktop, it removes the visual noise of bot participants, preserving the natural flow of the conversation. The application automatically detects Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings to prompt users to start recording. It features automatic speaker separation, automated cloud uploads upon ending a meeting, and background operation to ensure users can focus on the meeting. Currently, the Knowledge Work sales AI product suite is used by major corporations, including Mizuho Bank and Nisshin Foods.
