Kobe City University of Foreign Studies to Host JUEMUN 2026 with 220 Participants from 16 Universities

Kobe City University of Foreign Studies will host the Japan University English Model United Nations (JUEMUN) from July 10 to 12, 2026. JUEMUN is a Model UN conference conducted in English for university students, and this year, approximately 220 participants from 16 universities are expected to attend. The theme is "Building a Gender Inclusive Society," and participants will be divided into three committees to discuss in English and aim to adopt resolutions. A tour for high school students will also be held, featuring an overview of the Model UN and a tour of the conference venue. The university focuses on fostering international communication skills, including offering courses on Model UN.
