Hajime Nakamura (Hajime Nakamura)

Born in Mie Prefecture in 1956. After graduating from Seijo University, he joined Toba Aquarium. He served as vice director after starting as a sea lion trainer and then head of the planning department. He demonstrated his skills as a key figure in the sea otter boom, including providing footage for TBS programs such as "Waku Waku Dobutsu Land" and "Doubutsu Kiso Tengai." After going independent in 2002, he has been active as a "crowd-pulling consultant," leading numerous facilities to miraculous increases in visitors through unique marketing and innovative exhibits that turn weaknesses into strengths, such as at "New Enoshima Aquarium," "Sunshine Aquarium," and "Kita Daichi no Aquarium." He continues to develop the latest exhibits at several aquariums both domestically and internationally. He is also an honorary school principal for the Jikei COM Group and lectures on museum exhibition theory at Kitasato University's Curator Course.
