Key-Point Co., Ltd., a group company of Kokopelli Inc., began providing its email sharing management system "GrpMail" and file transmission/sharing service "WebFile" to Shiba Shinkin Bank on June 1, 2026, for use within the internal network. Both services have been introduced to over 2,000 companies and have supported secure and smooth information sharing for over 20 years. The introduction will reduce the risk of email transmission errors and information leaks, contributing to the DX, operational efficiency, and security of financial institutions. In the Shinkin bank industry, business networks and the internet are physically separated, so external email and file transfer tasks previously required moving to a PC connected to the internet. Since these services can be used from the internal network, staff can perform tasks without leaving their desks. Furthermore, it enables secure file transmission that does not rely on the PPAP method. Shiba Shinkin Bank aims to create more time for staff through operational efficiency, allowing them to provide more customer-centric services.
