Kort Valuta Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Hideki Shibata) announced the implementation of its next-generation wallet, 'TwooCa,' at ACS Co., Ltd. (HQ: Akishima, Tokyo; CEO: Takashi Hoshi), which operates cleaning services for air conditioners and kitchens.

ACS will utilize 'Internal Campaigns,' where points exchangeable for electronic money are awarded based on internal measures and daily employee actions, alongside the 'TwooCa Mental Check Service,' which uses voice analysis technology. These tools aim to improve employee satisfaction (ES), revitalize internal communication, and promote an 'effective increase in take-home pay' through point utilization.

The initiative comes amid persistent inflation and labor shortages, making it crucial for companies to design benefits where employees can feel value in their daily lives. TwooCa's point system has been highlighted by media as a 'third wage increase.' On March 16, 2026, it was featured on the TOKYO MX news program 'Hori Jun Live Junction' as a key effort for increasing real disposable income.

Takashi Hoshi, representative of ACS, commented: 'I saw great potential in how this service goes beyond standard benefits to actually stimulate internal communication. The flexibility to implement this even in a small-scale office gives me a real sense of taking the first step toward a decentralized society.'

'TwooCa' is a comprehensive service provided through an app featuring employee IDs with payment functions. The integrated prepaid cards allow all employees to use cashless payments and transfers. The platform is developed on the belief that valuing employees leads to enhanced corporate value.
