Tokyo Kosen Hosts "Social Implementation Education Forum" with 49 Teams from 15 National Colleges of Technology

Tokyo National College of Technology (located in Hachioji, Tokyo; President: Satoshi Higuchi; hereinafter "Tokyo Kosen") hosted the "FY2025 Social Implementation Education Forum" for two days on Friday, March 6th and Saturday, March 7th, Reiwa 8 (2026). The forum was attended by 49 teams from 15 National Colleges of Technology across the country, with a total of approximately 500 visitors including students, researchers, and corporate personnel. Students presented their achievements in tackling real-world challenges, and evaluations and advice were provided by experts from industry and academia.

This forum is an annual event held as part of Tokyo Kosen's "social implementation education" and marked its 14th iteration this time. Students presented technologies and services developed through processes such as co-creation with users, prototyping, and demonstration, and discussed their potential for real-world application.
