K Village Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Motonari Kuwahara), which operates "K Village Korean Language," Japan's largest Korean language school, held a special voice actor workshop at "NAYUTAS," its largest vocal training and one-on-one dance school. The workshop featured popular voice actor Sumire Uesaka (Voice Kit) as a guest.

NAYUTAS, with over 100 branches nationwide, recruited students from its current enrollees. Nine students, selected by lottery, participated on the day.

This workshop was held as a step for aspiring voice actors to seize a great opportunity and gain valuable experience.

Workshop Overview

The workshop was conducted in a format that simulated actual voice drama recording.

Participants learned how to alter their performances in response to the director's (Yuichi Imaizumi) instructions at the recording studio, as well as practical approaches to character building.

Upon receiving advice from Ms. Uesaka and Mr. Imaizumi, the students' performances changed instantaneously.

On the day, three students had the opportunity to perform dialogue exchanges directly with Ms. Uesaka. Experiencing professional techniques firsthand brought out the students' full potential, making it a highly meaningful and stimulating workshop.

Future Outlook

While NAYUTAS receives significant support for its vocal training and dance courses, we are also placing great emphasis on the development of our "Voice Actor Course," which attracts students with high aspirations.

We will continue to provide high-quality curricula and environments to support students aiming for expression in diverse genres, serving as a bridge to connect their "dreams" with reality.
