In recent years, 'licensing businesses' such as merchandise sales and experiential events derived from manga and anime have become increasingly active. Leveraging long-standing trust relationships with publishers built through years of publishing and printing, the Company is actively promoting exhibition planning and merchandise development that bring the world and charm of works to life in real-world settings.

To coincide with the release of 'Made in Abyss: The Awakening of the Deep Mysteries,' the first part of the film series by Akihito Tsukushi, the Company will open the first-ever reproduction original art exhibition for the original manga, titled 'Manga Made in Abyss Exhibition,' in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, starting October 24 (Sat), the day after the film's release. The exhibition will feature reproduction artworks capturing even the outer edges of original manuscripts rarely seen by the public, photo spots recreating relics and iconic scenes from the series, and displays of creative materials from Akihito Tsukushi.

Moving forward, the Company will continue to value its trusted relationships with copyright holders, creators, and artists, promoting event planning and product development that resonate with fans, aiming to further expand licensing businesses that maximize content value.
