GSP LAB Co., Ltd. Joins LABOLOGY Group, Expanding Business into FISH Probe Sector

LABOLOGY Inc. has established GSP LAB Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary to inherit all businesses, including the development, manufacturing, and sales of FISH probes, previously conducted by GSP Research Institute. Effective June 1, 2026, GSP LAB Co., Ltd. became a member of the LABOLOGY Group. By combining the specialized technology cultivated by GSP Research Institute with the quality management, supply systems, and laboratory support infrastructure possessed by LABOLOGY, the group will further enhance the value provided to customers involved in research, testing, and inspection. This group entry is not merely a business succession, but an initiative to expand LABOLOGY's purpose of 'solving the problems of everyone involved in research, testing, and inspection' into more highly specialized fields.
