Background of Event Planning and 23 Experiential Booths
In recent years, with the spread of social media and other platforms, it has become easy to access vast amounts of beauty and health information. However, many consumers face the challenge of "not knowing what is correct" or "what suits them" due to information overload.
This event was planned not just for attendees to receive information (to see and finish, to hear and finish), but with the aim of allowing attendees to experience "change" on the spot and take home a positive trigger that makes them feel "I can change too."
The venue was divided into two areas: "Change/me Official Booths" managed by the organizer, and "Open Entry Booths" where companies and brands that resonate with the brand's concept gathered, featuring a total of 23 experiential booths.
Change/me Official Booths (Organizer Brand Official Area)
In addition to gifts of the inner care supplement "Change/me," specialists from various fields who serve as instructors in monthly lessons held within the brand provided direct consultations and mini-lessons.
Lottery event to win Change/me novelty goods / Personal color analysis (Kiyono Kawaguchi)
One-point makeup lesson (yuka) / Head massage experience (Umineko Hair Salon)
Facial contouring and skin treatment experience (Sentido, a specialist salon for facial contouring and skin) / Speech diagnosis & advice (Kumiko Maruyama)
Main experiential content: Personal color analysis, one-point makeup lessons, hair quality improvement advice, facial contouring and skin treatment experiences, self-care advice based on yoga and pilates, impression diagnosis of posture and speaking style, dietary improvement consultations with registered dietitians, etc.
Open Entry Booths (General Exhibition Area)
Various companies and brands that resonated with the brand's message gathered, offering experiential booths that could update daily life on the spot.
Dietary counseling / Vitamin C supplement
Henna art experience / Hair care item gift for all visitors (Dears Hair Quality Improvement Salon)
Main experiential content: Korean hair and makeup lessons, supplement gifts, body massages, henna art experiences, sportswear try-ons, fortune-telling/card sessions, career and work style consultations, etc.
All booths were primarily composed of "practical, interactive" content where participants could receive treatments or get diagnosis results on the spot. Visitors were seen enthusiastically trying out options that suited them as they moved between the booths.
Stage Programs and Talk Sessions by Guest Performers
Change/me Brand Ambassador, Ai Arimura
On the open stage that day, a special stage was held featuring Ai Arimura, a talent and ambassador for the Change/me brand. Under the theme "People can always change. ~My choices to make 'wanting to change' come true~," she delivered a relatable talk session.
Regarding her "10kg weight loss," which became a major topic on social media, she revealed that she took a year to achieve it gradually, avoiding extreme short-term dieting. She introduced the process of incorporating inner care and gut health by taking supplements, eating gluten-free, and focusing on white rice and fermented foods, gradually changing her mindset. She also mentioned her approach of not pushing herself too hard, such as "praising myself just for being able to go to the gym," and the positive changes in her mental state through morning walks.
Furthermore, she touched upon her recent new challenges, such as studying for beauty qualifications and learning piano and guitar, conveying a message that encouraged attendees who wish to change by saying, "Accumulating small 'I did it' moments leads to the confidence to like myself." Many attendees listened intently to her stage.
Following the stage, a limited "Premium 2-Shot Photo Session" was held for the first arrivals, and a special sales booth for the perfume "aisle reminiscence tea" produced by Ms. Arimura was also set up. A special offer of a randomly selected autographed shikishi board was also available, drawing a large crowd of fans.
Branding Talk Session
Specialists who produce many members within the brand (Hana Furuse, Kiyono Kawaguchi, yuka) took the stage. Kumiko Maruyama, also a speech instructor within the brand, served as the MC for a talk session themed "Hints for 'Production' to Like Myself More."
In their cross-talk, they generously shared professional insights, such as the essence of production that captures a model's "individuality," how to choose clothing lines that suit body types, and tips for drawing eyeliner and adding shine to hair. They also offered concrete advice for "hints to become more polished starting tomorrow," including tips for brushing hair and techniques to brighten the complexion with pink-brown or ash-toned eyebrow mascaras.

Finally, the instructors delivered messages such as "Find your North Star (vision) to be yourself," "Take more interest in and cherish yourself," and "Challenge yourself with a new step," creating a time where attendees felt excited about their own potential.
Experiential Lessons (Yoga, Walking, Pilates)
Stage programs were presented by instructors who conduct lessons within the brand. Three programs were offered: "Gentle Yoga Without Effort" by Mizuki Takahashi (Yoga Instructor), "Beautiful Walking Lesson" by Maimiko Maruoka (Manner Instructor), and "Pilates to Awaken Your Core" by ARISA (Pilates Instructor). Due to the ease of participation in regular clothes for free, there were many on-the-spot participants, and attendees had a fulfilling time moving their bodies comfortably.

Future Outlook
"Change/me" upholds the concept, "People can always change, and I can change too." We aim to be a brand that delivers this sentiment to society through concrete opportunities, rather than just a slogan.
We aim to be a bridge connecting those who wish to "change" with those who want to support "change," and we will continue to hold various events, including the "Change/me Beauty Fes" like this one.
Furthermore, we position "Change/me" not just as a health food, but as a "ticket" to approach one's ideal self. We will continue to strengthen our educational content for learning about beauty and health, and our community support for challenges, starting with the provision of supplements.
We will continue to accompany our customers from both external and internal aspects, so that their resolve to "change" can be linked to actual actions and transformations.
Recruitment of Sponsorship and Exhibition Partners for Next Event
"Change/me," an inner care brand, plans to hold regular large-scale festivals and experiential events in the future.
For the next event, we are widely seeking sponsorship companies and exhibition partners who resonate with the brand's concept "People can always change, and I can change too," and who wish to support and assist consumers' "desire to change" together.
We welcome inquiries from companies involved in beauty, health, career, and lifestyle services, as well as those seeking new customer touchpoints.
