Professor Naoki Teshima of Otaru University of Commerce, a Leading Expert on Activism and Corporate Value Management, Discusses 'Prescriptions for Management and Financial Strategy to Prepare for Activist Demands'

Layers Consulting Co., Ltd. announced that it will hold an online seminar titled 'Prescriptions for Management and Financial Strategy to Prepare for Activist Demands: Practicing Management Conscious of Stock Price and Cost of Capital' on June 11, 2026 (Thu). With the number of demands from activists remaining at a high level in recent years, and added pressure from the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Agency to encourage dialogue with investors, it is not uncommon for companies in today's Japanese market to be approached by activists.
