Lexues Inc., in a consortium with REIONE, has been commissioned by the Okinawa Prefecture's IT Innovation Promotion Division to operate the '2026 DX Talent Development Program.' This is Lexues' third year participating in the initiative, which began in 2022.
An opening seminar will be held on Wednesday, June 10, coinciding with the start of recruitment for the program, which begins on July 17.
[Program Overview and Track Record] The program offers practical training on skills and know-how needed for DX, addressing challenges faced by companies. Participants learn the entire process from visualization of issues to planning and internal alignment, while facing real business challenges. Each course features a dedicated mentor, with weekly 1-on-1 sessions and Slack support to provide personalized guidance. Participants also learn how to utilize Generative AI as a 'work partner.' The program is free, with 100 spots available across three courses.
