LG Electronics Japan Inc. announced that it will release four new models of the 'LG QNED' LCD TV series, ranging from 50 to 75 inches, starting in early June 2026. The 'LG QNED' series utilizes LG's proprietary 'Dynamic QNED Color' technology, which controls blue light with special red and green phosphors to achieve high color purity and vivid, realistic images. The TVs are equipped with the 'α7 AI Processor 4K Gen9,' which features '4K Upscaling' to convert low-resolution content to 4K, and 'AI Sound Pro' to optimize audio based on content. It also supports personalization, allowing users to easily adjust picture and sound quality using AI. The series adopts LG's proprietary 'webOS,' enabling access to streaming services like YouTube, TVer, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and DAZN. The 'Magic Remote' allows for intuitive pointer-based control and voice recognition. Additionally, the 'webOS Re:New Program' guarantees four OS updates over five years, ensuring the device remains up-to-date.
