Background and Objectives of the GP Reseller Agreement

In recent years, there has been a strong demand for the efficiency and sophistication of inspection and survey operations in infrastructure facilities, plants, and manufacturing/construction sites, driven by aging facilities, labor shortages, and the need for advanced safety management.

Since its founding, Tech Firm has been involved in the realization of numerous world-first and Japan-first services, including the launch of NTT Docomo's "i-mode," accumulating advanced ICT implementation capabilities. In recent years, in addition to data analysis utilizing AI and IoT, they have been providing comprehensive DX support by combining cutting-edge technologies with diverse industry knowledge, such as the application of drones and 3D technology in the metaverse domain.

Meanwhile, the Company has achieved visualization in areas that were previously difficult with conventional methods, through robotics technology centered on the drone "IBIS2," which enables inspections of narrow, dark, and dangerous indoor spaces.

Through joint demonstrations and customer proposals, both companies have collaborated repeatedly and confirmed the effectiveness of integrating on-site understanding with advanced technology.

Under this agreement, Tech Firm, as a Gold Partner, will promote the expanded sales of "IBIS2" to its customer network, primarily in the South Kanto area. They will also provide comprehensive support, including pre-implementation consultations, support for implementation using high-definition 3D modeling and simulators, and data collection and analysis, thereby contributing to improved on-site safety and operational sophistication through the provision of highly effective solutions.

Overview of the Reseller System

This system is designed for companies that wish to develop new businesses utilizing "IBIS2." We provide our accumulated expertise in sales, marketing, and inspection technology, offering hands-on support to enable resellers to sell "IBIS2" sets. Furthermore, we will support resellers in acquiring inspection skills using "IBIS2," establishing a system capable of providing inspection services. Resellers are categorized into "Gold Partner (Primary Reseller) (*1)" and "Silver Partner (Secondary Reseller) (*2)."

Upon joining the reseller system, each reseller will be responsible for sales, marketing, and primary support operations, while we will provide technical support such as conducting training sessions and handling repairs.
