Liberta Co., Ltd. will release the 'DULAB Liquid Eyeliner', which is resistant to water, hot water, sweat, sebum, and rubbing, in May 2026. This product was developed with a focus on extreme durability to meet the needs of hot weather and active lifestyles. After slight smudging was confirmed in tests conducted just before the planned launch in 2025, the release was withdrawn, and the product was refined over a year to achieve the desired quality. It is priced at 3,520 yen (tax included) and comes in two colors: Classic Black and Deep Brown. The W-waterproof film formula prevents smudging even in harsh conditions.
