Lifenet Insurance Company has released the results of a policyholder survey conducted in May 2026, with 1,185 valid responses.

As an online life insurance provider, the company regularly conducts surveys to leverage customer feedback for service improvements. The latest survey revealed a customer satisfaction rate of 95.4%, indicating broad acceptance of the company's initiatives based on its Life Insurance Manifesto.

### Reasons for Choosing: "Low Premiums" and "Smartphone Completion" The top reasons for choosing Lifenet were "low premiums (74.9%)", followed by "can complete procedures on a smartphone (67.3%)" and "simple coverage (52.8%)" (multiple answers allowed). Amid prolonged inflation, affordable premiums have become a crucial selection criterion. Furthermore, the convenience of completing procedures via smartphone without meeting anyone in person was also highly rated.

Customer feedback included comments such as, "My premiums became cheaper than with other companies," "I could easily sign up online in my spare time," and "It's great there are no in-person annual review visits."

### Over 90% Satisfaction with Application Process For the application process, over 90% of customers expressed satisfaction in three categories: "convenience (96.1%)", "simplicity (ease of understanding) (93.5%)", and "design (94.9%)". The ability to compare and consider options at their own pace on their smartphones was well-received.

### One in Ten Uses Generative AI for Insurance Research A newly added question revealed that 9.4% of respondents used generative AI services when considering insurance. As more consumers research and compare information independently, the company believes its simple and easy-to-choose products are a significant advantage.

### 95.4% Overall Satisfaction and Prompt Claim Payments Overall satisfaction remains high at 95.4%. Reasons for satisfaction included "speed of payment" and "sincere support" during insurance claims. The average number of business days for insurance claims and benefit payments in fiscal 2025 was "1.08 days," with the "same-day payment service" launched in August 2025 contributing to customer peace of mind.

Lifenet Insurance stated it will continue to use customer feedback from surveys to improve its services and strive to provide the "best insurance experience" based on its manifesto of being "Honest, Easy to Understand, Affordable, and Convenient."
