LiLz and Rix Corporation Announce Capital and Business Alliance

LiLz Corporation (Headquarters: Okinawa Prefecture, Ginowan City, President and CEO: Keigo Onishi, hereinafter referred to as LiLz) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with Rix Corporation (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Hakata Ward, President and CEO: Taku Yasui, hereinafter referred to as Rix). Through the collaboration between the two companies, we will promote initiatives aimed at solving the challenges of prolonged inspection times and labor shortages in production sites.

Background to the Capital and Business Alliance

Many production sites face serious issues such as "aging equipment" and "labor shortages due to the decrease in engineers familiar with the field." To more strongly promote solutions to these challenges, we have entered into a partnership with Rix, a "manufacturer-trader" that supports domestic and international industries. By leveraging the synergy between the two companies, we will promote the provision of solutions that "make on-site work easier."
