Antworks Implements 'Global Hub', a Recruitment Management Platform Specialized for Foreign Talent

Linc Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Siyao Zhong) announced that Antworks Co., Ltd. (Location: Suginami-ku, Tokyo; President: Jun Hayakawa) has implemented 'Global Hub', a recruitment management platform specialized for foreign talent.

Antworks has successfully addressed internal challenges such as 'burden on operational staff', 'mismatches', and 'inefficient recruitment processes' through the implementation of Global Hub, achieving 'data-driven high-precision matching' and 'significantly reduced workload until job offer'. Following these results, Linc will continue to strengthen collaboration with Antworks.

Challenges Before Implementing Global Hub

Traditionally, to address labor shortages, companies sometimes hired staff without food service experience, leading to a vicious cycle of increased educational burden on the shop floor and early turnover. Furthermore, many referrals from other agencies failed to meet the required skill levels, resulting in limited matching precision. In other media, for every 10 contacts, only about one response was received, and due to communication hurdles in Japanese, vast man-hours were spent just in the scheduling phase.

After implementation, time losses caused by communication misalignments were eliminated.
