Special Set Menu Featuring "The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Irohana Kaoru Ale" with a Theme of Midsummer Vibrancy Available at 6 Ron Herman Cafe Locations

Ron Herman Cafe is pleased to announce a limited-time menu set featuring "The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Irohana Kaoru Ale," the second collaboration between Suntory Holdings Limited and Ron Herman, and "Tacos de Carne Asada." This special offering will be available starting Tuesday, July 14.

In the first collaboration, launched in May, we featured ceviche made with shrimp as the main ingredient, combined with seafood, vegetables, and fruits, finished with a citrus sauce and nam pla, as a menu item that pairs well with the beer's fruity aroma and crisp taste.

For this second collaboration, we have prepared "Tacos de Carne Asada," featuring grilled beef skirt steak cut into easy-to-eat pieces, combined with pickles, onions, and grilled pineapple for a variety of textures. All ingredients are served on a tortilla with a side of homemade chimichurri sauce, making it a perfect dish for the authentic summer season. The beef skirt steak is marinated for one day in a special sauce made with several types of spices, soy sauce, and honey, resulting in a juicy flavor.

"The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Irohana Kaoru Ale," themed around "Midsummer Vibrancy," uses Hallertau Blanc hops and is brewed with top-fermenting yeast, offering a taste with a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of white grapes and a rich, lingering finish.

Enjoy this special menu, available only this summer, along with the limited-edition packaging that expresses the vibrant scenes of midsummer, such as the light pouring from the blue sky, colorful flowers, and the white exterior walls of "Ron Herman."
