【Shiogama City × LiViT Collaboration】Your Vote Decides the Character! Campaign Launches to Select Character Designs for New Souvenirs from Shiogama

JR East Tohoku General Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; President and CEO: Shunnosuke Mima; hereinafter "LiViT"※) and Shiogama City are launching a public voting campaign to select the character to be featured on new souvenir items—"magnets" and "station name keychains"—to commemorate the 85th anniversary of Shiogama City’s municipal establishment in November 2026 and the 5th anniversary of the online shopping site "Tohoku MONO WEB SHOP," operated by LiViT.

The voting will feature six characters from Shiogama City. Based on the results, the character receiving the most votes will be used for the "magnet" design, and the second-place character will be used for the "station name keychain" design. These items will then be commercialized as new local goods representing Shiogama.

※"LiViT" is our affectionate company name derived from "Live" (lifestyle) + "Visit" (to visit) + "TOHOKU" (the Tohoku region).

Overview of the Voting Campaign

1. Campaign Details

Participants are invited to vote for their preferred character from among the six characters of Shiogama City to be commercialized as a "magnet" or "station name keychain." The character with the highest number of votes will be adopted for the "magnet" design, and the second-place character for the "station name keychain" design.

Additionally, all participants who vote will receive a special discount coupon, immediately usable on the "Tohoku MONO WEB SHOP."

2. Schedule
