LIXIL Housing Research Institute, Eyeful Home Company has signed a franchise chain (FC) agreement with Fan Builders Co., Ltd. (Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture; Representative Director: Ryo Kirimoto).

Fan Builders Co., Ltd., the new FC member, has been based in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, leveraging its excellent design and construction capabilities. Previously, as a member store of our "GL Home" brand, they focused on providing overseas-designed homes with high insulation and seismic performance, such as American and French styles. However, with modern and simple designs becoming mainstream in the recent housing market, the lack of modern-style products with strong brand appeal to meet market needs had become a challenge for the company's further business expansion.

With this new affiliation with the Eyeful Home FC, they will fully utilize the brand recognition of Eyeful Home, which has a nationwide brand presence, and add modern and simple design products such as "FAVO" and "Lodina," optimized for contemporary lifestyles, to their lineup. This will enable a robust "dual strategy" of overseas-designed homes through GL Home and modern-designed homes through Eyeful Home. They will establish a system that can respond to a wide range of customer needs in a one-stop manner, regardless of price range or design preferences.

For LIXIL Housing Research Institute, this affiliation aims to strengthen the Eyeful Home brand in Gunma Prefecture and build a system that can reliably meet the housing needs of the local community. While building on their membership in the Maebashi East area, they will also broadly cover surrounding areas such as Takasaki, Isesaki, and Kumagaya using online counters and other tools. Furthermore, the headquarters will provide solid support and partnership for the company's dual design strategy, contributing to business expansion and further enhancing the strengths of one of Japan's largest housing FCs by providing valuable "ideal home building" experiences to as many customers as possible.
