(Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Ayaka Maekawa), which operates over 200 women-only boutique fitness studios nationwide, will open a new women-only machine Pilates studio, 'Pilates K,' at 'YouMe Town Higashihiroshima' in Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, on May 29, 2026 (Fri). This will be the third location in Hiroshima Prefecture. Pilates K offers a wide range of programs focusing on areas of concern for women, such as the stomach and buttocks. Since the machine supports body movements, even exercise beginners can perform exercises with the correct form without strain. In addition, it adopts a group lesson format that moves to music, creating an environment that is enjoyable and easy to continue.
