LONGi Secures EcoVadis Sustainability Gold Medal Again, Ranking in Top 2% Globally

LONGi Solar (LONGi Solar Technology Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Xi'an, China) announced in April 2026 that it has once again received the 'Gold' rating in the sustainability assessment conducted by EcoVadis, a globally recognized sustainability rating agency based in France. This medal is awarded to the top 5% of more than 175,000 companies evaluated worldwide.

LONGi achieved an impressive score of 85 points, placing it in the top 2% of all assessed companies and within the top 1% in the 'Other electrical equipment manufacturing' industry category. The Gold medal reflects high evaluations of the company's initiatives in Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Business Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Evaluation analysts noted that LONGi has established an advanced CSR management system covering all four assessment areas.

The EcoVadis evaluation methodology evaluates corporate performance across four themes using 28 management indicators based on three pillars: policies, actions, and results. This approach complies with international standards such as the UN Global Compact, ILO conventions, GRI standards, and ISO 26000. It is trusted globally and used in over 180 countries to enhance supply chain transparency and promote sustainable trade.
