'Sanba' is a celebrated novel by Sawako Ariyoshi. This masterpiece comedy will be brought to life by a local theater group, performing the work of a Wakayama-born author.

Theater ZERO, a local troupe from Wakayama, will stage the original novel 'Sanba' by Sawako Ariyoshi, a native of the region. It is a hilarious and heartwarming comedy depicting three 'grandmothers' who bicker yet grow individually, and the chaos they create with those around them.
