The store's interior design incorporates the 'book wall', a symbolic feature of the brand's London flagship store, evoking the atmosphere of its British origins.

The store is equipped with facilities for gold stamping, allowing customers to watch the engraving process during events. Customers can enjoy personalized services where skilled artisans meticulously engrave each item using traditional techniques passed down for over 100 years.
