LRM Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director: Tetsuya Kōmatsu, hereinafter "LRM"), a provider of the security education cloud "Securio" and security consulting services, is recruiting participating companies for the "Security Education Support Program," an individual hands-on support program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Aichi Prefecture, as part of the "Cybersecurity Countermeasures Support Project" commissioned by Aichi Prefecture. The application period is from July 18, 2026 (Wed) to August 21, 2026 (Fri), and participation is free of charge.
This program offers approximately three months of individual, hands-on support free of charge to SMEs in the prefecture that are serious about security education. It supports the strengthening of human and organizational security measures by analyzing issues tailored to each company's current situation and reporting on improvement results, utilizing tools such as targeted attack email training and e-learning.
Background of the Initiative: "Just attending training" does not change employee behavior
With the spread of AI, cyberattacks are increasingly bypassing system defenses and targeting employees' "judgment" itself. To counter these threats, simply introducing tools or conducting annual training is insufficient; continuous efforts to change the awareness and behavior of each employee are essential.
On the other hand, many SMEs must proceed with countermeasures without dedicated security personnel or ample budgets, facing challenges such as "not knowing where to start" or "conducting training but seeing no results."
This program's distinctive feature is that it visualizes each company's "current location" with data and, with the guidance of experts, gradually implements realistic human and organizational measures. The goal is to reach a state where companies can continue their countermeasures independently after the program concludes (i.e., become self-sustaining).
Benefits of this Program
1. Visualize your company's "current location" with data
Objectively visualize the current status of your company's security measures based on quantitative data such as the open and reporting rates of targeted attack email training and e-learning completion rates. This provides evidence-based situational awareness that can be directly used for reporting to management.
2. Learn "how to operate security education" through professional support
Through approximately three months of continuous hands-on support, know-how on "how to operate security measures" will be accumulated within the company. This aims to achieve a self-sustaining state after the program, which cannot be obtained through one-off training or tool implementation.
3. Obtain "next steps" tailored to your company
Instead of standardized advice, you will receive an individual improvement proposal based on your company's current stage, structure, and business characteristics as a final report. This clarifies "what to do next" from a state of "not knowing where to start."
Program Details (4 Steps, Approximately 3 Months)
Step 1 Kick-off
Security experts will interview companies about their current situation and challenges. Themes and goals for the initiative will be set.
Step 2 Education Implementation
Conduct e-learning/group training and targeted attack email drills. Improve employee awareness through continuous security education.
Step 3 Mid-term Analysis
Review the results of e-learning/group training and the open/reporting rates of targeted attack email drills, and discuss subsequent measures together.
Step 4 Review
Analyze changes in employee security awareness over three months from the start. Propose "next steps" for future security education.
