Maison Cacao (Founder: Shingo Ishihara), an aroma chocolate brand originating in Kamakura that focuses on 'freshness,' offers 12 types of 'Nama Gateau Chocolat' on a monthly basis. The 25th edition will be sold in limited quantities starting June 1st (Mon). It will be delivered in special handmade washi paper packaging that changes every month. No.6 uses 'Tsuyu no Odoriko' (Rainy Season Dancer) paper, created by the unique handmade washi studio 'Nao Tesuki Washi,' which expresses natural beauty. Hydrangeas swaying quietly while being hit by rain are incorporated into the paper. No.6 is a product that draws out a fresh and vibrant flavor like fruit by combining the terroir of unique cacao production areas. Using cacao grown in two areas of Colombia, Santander and Tumaco, it features a refreshing citrus sensation, a floral aroma, and a fruity taste reminiscent of tropical fruits, leaving a light aftertaste. It will be sold in a limited run of 800 units at 7 Maison Cacao stores and the online shop.
