Maison Cacao, an aroma raw chocolate brand originating in Kamakura, proposes 'Traveling Pâte de Fruit' as its new masterpiece for this summer. Our goal was not to process the fruit, but to deliver the fruit itself. Citrus, grapes, peaches, kiwi, tropical fruits... We are a 'Traveling Maison' that continues to search for the most brilliant fruits at that moment while traveling across the country, meeting producers, and experiencing the air and culture of each land. The aroma, acidity, juiciness, and freshness of seasonal fruits encountered during those travels are captured at their peak in this special summer treat. In June, we will sell Setoda Lemon, Shonan Gold, and Sato Nishiki cherries.
