Mandarin Oriental Tokyo is pleased to announce a three-day exclusive collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Roy Caceres at the Italian dining venue 'Keshiki,' located on the 38th floor, from Friday, July 24, to Sunday, July 26, 2026.

The restaurant 'Keshiki' offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with views of the Tokyo cityscape, specializing in Italian cuisine that highlights seasonal ingredients. During this collaboration, guests will be able to experience Chef Caceres' unique culinary style, which delicately blends his deep-rooted knowledge of Italian cuisine with influences from his Colombian heritage and Middle Eastern essence.

Based in Rome, Chef Caceres was born in Colombia and moved to Italy at the age of 16, where he began his culinary journey. Currently, he serves as the chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant 'Orma Roma,' where he expresses his personal background and experiences through food while emphasizing Italian techniques and seasonality. At the heart of his cooking lies the teachings of Middle Eastern cuisine passed down by his grandfather, Salomon Selim Sabbagh, who was from Syria.

For this collaboration, the chef will present his signature dishes featuring seasonal ingredients for both lunch and dinner.
