[manebi] 'Haken no Mikata' e-learning for the staffing industry launches system integration with 'apseeds portal' app

Through this integration, staff can seamlessly access 'Haken no Mikata' from the 'apseeds portal' they use daily to complete mandatory career development training. This initiative reduces the administrative burden on staffing agencies for training guidance and centralized management, while strongly supporting the engagement and retention of temporary staff.

In Japan, where the labor force is shrinking, staff retention and reskilling are critical management issues. Since the revision of the Worker Dispatching Act, staffing agencies are required to provide 8 hours of annual career development training.
