In line with Marriott International's Serve 360 sustainability guidelines, Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima, located directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station, has launched eco-friendly amenities in all 238 guest rooms to reduce environmental impact. The hotel adopted MiYO ORGANIC products, including toothbrushes and hair combs made from circulating bamboo materials, alongside FSC-certified paper packaging. This initiative significantly cuts down plastic usage while offering guests a premium, nature-inspired experience. Beyond room amenities, the hotel is advancing multiple sustainable operations, such as water conservation, the Terry Re Use towel program, food waste reduction, and the use of locally sourced ingredients and cage-free eggs. In recognition of these comprehensive efforts, Sheraton Grand Hotel Hiroshima achieved the '3 Gyoiko Sakura' rating under the Sakura Quality Green Certification in 2025. By blending comfort with ethical practices, the hotel continues to foster a sustainable future for both the environment and the local community.
