"Dashi no Chikara" was launched in 2007 and has been consistently popular with consumers for many years. It is a mixed bonito flake product, primarily featuring Sobatsuo bonito flakes with a deep, rich flavor, blended with mackerel flakes, horse mackerel flakes, and bonito flakes to achieve a balanced taste. This product yields a rich dashi with complex flavors due to the synergistic effect of the four types of bonito flakes.
