Enjoy Movies Through Sound! 'Cho Kaguya-hime!' Live Audio Screening Festival to be Held at MOVIX Yao, Osaka from June 2

The film festival 'Enjoy Movies Through Sound! "Cho Kaguya-hime!" <Live Sound Screening>' will be held at MOVIX Yao (Yao City, Osaka) from June 2 (Tue) to June 11 (Thu), 2026, for a limited 10-day run. Based on the concept of enjoying movies through their sound, large-scale, high-quality audio equipment used for live concerts will be installed in the theater to provide an immersive and powerful audio experience.

Throughout the festival, 'Cho Kaguya-hime!' will be the only film screened daily. Furthermore, specific screenings will feature 'Shouting Screenings' with members of the V8J Shouting Screening Planning Team in attendance. By bringing in specialized external sound equipment, the festival aims to deliver a new level of excitement that audiences have never experienced before.
